Hello, my name is Kyra Thompson, CD-L. As an Alumna of the illustrious North Carolina Central University with a degree in Biology/Biomedical Science, I have attained a large amount of knowledge and background to advocate and support women at the forefront.
​
Growing up in Detroit, MI, I developed the dream of becoming a Pediatrician. Still, I soon realized that my passion lies with helping women ease through the transitions of womanhood– advocating for our rights and bodies and supporting overall mental health.
I plan to attend Medical school to be an OBGYN in the near future. I am pursuing development opportunities to expand my resume and best serve you.

I advocate on behalf of women, predominantly minority communities, to make our voices heard. I serve and stand with all women regardless of race, sexual orientation, religion, and socioeconomic status. I will continue to bring awareness to the issues and discrimination faced in hospitals in an effort to eliminate bias in today’s healthcare system.
